Data & Infrastructure Snapshot

Voice Up is a purpose-centered cohort and participation infrastructure that longitudinally links intrinsic motivation, capacity, planning, behavioral action, and wellbeing within the same individuals across institutions, sectors, and geographies.

This is not a single program or curriculum.

It is an applied research and implementation architecture designed to support ethical participation, agency development, and institutional learning.

Five-Layer Longitudinal Architecture

All data originates from the same underlying cohort

1

Purpose & Meaning

Narratives; intrinsic motivation

2

Capacity & Talents

What participants can contribute

3

Planning & Agency

Near-term action readiness

4

Behavioral Dosage

What participants actually do

5

Wellbeing Outcomes

Multi-domain, repeatable measures

Layers deepen — they do not fragment.

Verified Impact Production
27
Verified Producers
10.4% of high-engagement cohort (n=260)
Individuals Directly Impacted1,350+
Hours Logged (No Incentives)3,917+
3-Year Scale Target1,000+ producers

What Defines a Verified Producer: Creation of original work or initiative, adoption by an institution or community, and minimum impact of 50 individuals.

All participation occurred under real-world constraints: no financial incentives, unpaid academic-credit-based internships, after full-time work or academic responsibilities. Average commitment: 2–3 hours per day.

Governance & Integrity
Longitudinal participant identifiers
Separation of operational and research datasets
De-identification and access controls
Non-clinical, non-diagnostic framing
Explicit avoidance of causal claims
Foundation-, IRB-, and agency-ready infrastructure
Execution Context

All results to date were achieved:

After hours (2–3 hours/day)
While serving full-time as a healthcare executive
Infrastructure investment of $9,902.64 — no external funding

This demonstrates strong underlying design efficiency and unmet demand.
