Learners and community members practice real conversations with AI client personas across five resistance levels — from cooperative to hostile — and receive rubric-anchored feedback with cited strengths and improvement areas. The platform includes a required best practices quiz, progress analytics, and a Leadership Workshop Series based on Art Fuller’s book Learning That Sticks. Every session framework is vetted by licensed clinical social workers around the world.
