Your Role Breakdown

Direct Mentorship (40%)

  • Lead weekly intramural sessions (45-60 min)
  • Provide one-on-one check-ins
  • Facilitate athletic team sessions
  • Guide student-athletes through identity beyond sport

Facilitator Development (25%)

  • Complete comprehensive training
  • Douglass Fuller Method certification
  • B Curriculum mastery
  • Athletic mental health literacy

Program Support (20%)

  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling
  • Document participation descriptively
  • Support school implementation

Personal Development (15%)

  • Complete B Curriculum yourself
  • Articulate your own purpose
  • Contribute to learning community
